Work Experience instead of making Coffee! Internship at KELLER (Application Developer)
Work experience instead of making coffee! At KELLER, interns are given real responsibilities from day one.
That was also the case for Mr. Born, who – during his two-week internship in application development – got to code, test, and try things out himself:
C# programming
→ from console applications to his first own Windows Forms projects
→ working with data types (int, double, string) and control structures (if/else, while, for, switch/case)
Working with an Arduino microcontroller
→ writing programs to control LEDs and read inputs from buttons and potentiometers
CNC with SYMplus™, math and CNC basics with TECHNICplus™
Quite a lot for just two weeks? We think so too! Mr. Born showed great commitment and was able to take away an impressive amount of hands-on experience in a short time.
Thank you for the great time together—and all the best for what’s next!

Internship at KELLER.Software
“From the very first day, I felt at home thanks to the nice colleagues.”
2 weeks are ‘over’ and we now have to say goodbye to our intern Edvin Catic. The team wishes you all the best for your future and you are of course welcome back with us at any time.
But for now, the floor is reserved for Mr. Catic himself:
“I really enjoyed my internship at #KELLERSoftware. From the very first day, I felt at home thanks to the nice colleagues. During the two weeks, I learned a lot of things about the CNC field. They have broadened my insight into this profession, which will certainly help me in my further training.”

Intern and trainee from KELLER.Software visit BZI Remscheid
Our trainee Edvin Catic and our intern Jan Fiebich visited the Berufsbildungszentrum der Industrie in Remscheid last week. There they were able to get an idea of real CNC machines and see the fantastic premises of the BZI. Many thanks to Mr. Callar (trainer and CNC expert from the BZI), who made this visit possible.
