Both companies are currently strengthening their CNC training directly within their own operations—with SYMplus™ as the foundation.

The reason: What is learned externally often doesn’t fully match a company’s actual production environment. A lot of it has to be adapted or even rebuilt once back in the shop. By bringing training in-house, this step is no longer necessary.

But before getting started, the responsible team members had to go back to “school” themselves. At the KELLER.Academy, they learned how to use the software confidently and how to structure and deliver training content effectively.
