Internal training

This was a great training session! 

Main topic: How to help you even more effectively in the very first telephone call. 

The KELLER.Software team is very grateful to Mr. Mark Remscheidt from Mark Remscheidt Vertriebstraining, for sharing his knowledge with us.

The training had actually been planned for some time, but it was difficult to organise due to the COVID 19 restrictions. Finally, with all staff members being fully vaccinated, it became possible. For additional protection, we also used an air purifier (which provides fresh air for up to 10 people).
