In our course “Basics of DIN/PAL Programming with SYMplus™”, participants spent 1.5 days writing and simulating programs, setting up tools, magazines and turrets, and creating their own gap-filling exercises. Add to that lots of engaging discussions – and plenty of fun while experimenting.

CNC training at the Technikzentrum Peter Ulderup, BZZ Ulderup (KELLER.Academy)
Milling, turning, and graphical programming (CAD/CAM) with SYMplus™: The KELLER.Academy visited the “Technikzentrum Peter Ulderup” at BBZ Ulderup in Diepholz (Germany). One and a half days packed with CNC action: Whether beginners, returning learners, or seasoned pros – every participant gained valuable insights. From the PAL-based basics to insider tips and an introduction to 3+2-axis programming according to PAL, featuring machine-fixed and relative angles, and topped off with 3-point and vector programming.

In addition to basics turning with the X and Z, complex techniques with the C and Y axes, as well as tilting with spatial angles, were also covered. Finally, there was time for individual exercises tailored to the trainees’ needs.
