Training in the KELLER.Academy – Exam preparation PAL

It is that time of the year: Every year, we welcome trainees from the Hager Group to the KELLER.Academy. The three trainees who attended this year have their final exam in December and were prepared for it in our 2-day PAL exam preparation course. The KELLER.Software team wishes you good luck with your examinations.

KELLER.Software with the VR workshop at the BZI Remscheid

At this years Open Day 2022 at the BZI Remscheid, the VR workshop was diligently tested by students and trainees with a lot of fun. Even our CNC expert Mr. Reckermann got curious and dived into the virtual world (to be seen on picture 4, recognizable by the blue KELLER.Software shirt). Thank you for the two wonderful days around the topics of training, further education and future. We are already looking forward to next year!

        Newsletter November 2022

The VR workshop: Playful access to the CNC world.

What if you could learn in a “real” CNC workshop instead of learning theory in a classroom? What if you could practice there on lathes or milling machines without the fear of making a mistake? This is the possibility offered with the VR workshop from KELLER.Software.

With this modern and playful learning method, the necessary learning content is intuitively internalized. Thanks to the two VR controllers, you can now move through the “virtual workshop”, you grasp objects, press buttons and make machines work. And the VR glasses are like a new pair of eyes.

Do you want to dive into the virtual world yourself? On November 4 and 5, 2022, we will be at the BZI Remscheid open day with our VR glasses. We would be happy to give you a glimpse of the Virtual World. Of course, we will also be available to answer any questions you may have on the topics of training, further education and vocational orientation.

KELLER.Academy – Training at Campus Handwerk GmbH

The KELLER.Academy was on the road again. This time at Campus Handwerk GmbH. There, trainers and teachers met for three days to have their knowledge topped up by our CNC expert Mr. Reckermann. In this course, we covered the complete program of SYMplus, from DIN/PAL, including driven tools and tilting, to graphic programming. On a DMG lathe on site with SIEMENS control, one of the programs was produced during the training. You can see the manufacturing process in the video.

                  KELLER.Academy Training at Firma Musashi

Greetings from Bad Sobernheim. KELLER.Academy was on site at Firma Musashi last week for a 2 day course on “Level Swivel and Driven Tools”. We visited Firma Musashi for the first time 3 years ago. It was a great pleasure for us to be able to organise another KELLER.Academy course there. In these 2 days, we programmed until our heads were spinning, even beyond the script examples and the sense of achievement was impressive. Many thanks to the three instructors Raab, Schmitt and Christmann for these intensive and creative course days.

Through the online training opportunities of the KELLER.Academy, our instructor Mr. Reckermann recently took a virtual trip to Mexico to visit the company “Pressensysteme Schuler Mexico S.A. de C.V.”. This is a great way to get around the world and at the same time keep our ecological footprint small. In addition, it saves an enormous amount of time and money. We look forward to doing this again and we would also like to thank you for forwarding these photos to us.  – ¡Muchas gracias!
